Uncertainty causes cancellations - again our daily business
The growing threat of the covid-19 virus is again affecting performing artists, also in Norway, where cancellations are becoming daily business. But fortunately I’ve been able to do a few very important projects so far this fall – mentioning the Beethoven celebration concert last week-end in Haugesund, with the Fifth Symphony and the Violin Concerto (beautifully played by Almuth Siegel), and the concert at the Ultima, Oslo contemporary music festival on September 14th, premiering three Norwegian works with my new ensemble, the TERJUNGENSEMBLE, and folksinger Ingebjørg Lognvik Reinholdt as soloist, which was broadcasted by the Norwegian Radio, and which have now also been recorded by Fabra – the album to be released on February 1st 2021.
