Celebrating the Beethoven jubilee
On May 10 Lars-Erik ter Jung is conducting two major and beloved works by Ludwig van Beethoven, the 5th Symphony and the violin concerto. The soloist in this iconic concerto, written in 1806, is the very accomplished violinist Almuth Siegel from Germany, now resident in Haugesund, Norway, playing together with the regional symphony orchestra (Nord Rogaland Symfoniorkester).
